Our immediate family and wedding party will meet at our hotel suite for a quick ceremony rehearsal, followed by dinner at Origin's on-site restaurant,
Nomad Taqueria.

We'll be getting drinks at our favorite spot in downtown Golden. We'd love to see you there to properly kick off the big day. Beer, cider, seltzers, wine, and food available for purchase. Firepits, dogs, and live music come standard.

We're so excited to share the magic that is North Star Gatherings. Unless otherwise specified, guests will arrive to Shelby & Marty's Wedding at 3PM. Transportation information shared via invitation.

We'll be getting married at North Star Gatherings in Idaho Springs, CO. See that photo above? Yeah... that's our dreamy venue. Those epic views come with a warning, however. Please be aware that high altitude can affect people in many ways. Be sure to drink plenty of water starting 24-48 hours before you travel to CO, as well as throughout the celebration. If you’re anything like Shelby, bring a sweater or shawl to account for the temperature change in the evening. If you’re anything like Marty, one drink will get you twice as buzzed at 9,200 feet.

The journey to the venue is on an unlit, mountain road with several switchbacks. For your safety, convenience, and ability to have even more fun, we will be providing professional shuttle service from two different pick up and drop off locations to the venue. We are requiring all of our guests to use the shuttle, but are offering an earlier pickup time at the end of the night for those who need it. ​
